CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANTS RETAINED

 

June 2, 2004  - Agulia American Resources Ltd (TSXV: AGL) (the "Company") announces that it has retained the consulting services of UnityWest Capital Markets Ltd. ("UnityWest"). UnityWest will assist management with corporate communications, investor relations related activities and general consulting.

UnityWest shall be engaged for a six month term starting June 1st, 2004 and shall receive monthly remuneration of CDN $5,000. UnityWest principals include Mr. Shams Patel, CEO and Mr. Kris Kottmeier, Chairman. Mr. Patel shall be the UnityWest officer responsible for the day to day services while Mr. Kottmeier shall act as head consultant to Company management.
