(“Aguila”) or (the “Company”) - TSX-V: AGL.  The Company wishes to announce that the board of directors has approved a name change of the Company to “Aguila American Gold Ltd.”  The name change has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange and is effective on May 26, 2011.  The common shares commenced trading under the new name at market open on May 26, 2011 under the same trading symbol “AGL”.
