February 10, 2005 - Aguila American Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: AGL) is pleased to provide an update on the Angostura Prospect, located 3,800 meters above sea level (12,500 feet), some 430 kilometers south and east of Lima, Peru.
The Community Education Program being conducted by the Regional District Energy and Mines Office is proceeding on schedule, for all the peoples of the directly affected community as well as the surrounding communities.
The area is currently in the rainy season. This normally occurs from late December / early January to late March early / April of each year. In effect the proposed drilling program would not have operated during this period.
The company has secured an extension of time from the land owner for both the work programs and option payments.
