JANUARY 21, 2003 - Mr. Al Jamal has tendered his resignation as a director and officer of the Company.
Mr. John Huguet, currently a director and Chairman of the Board, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Nick DeMare, currently Corporate Secretary, has been appointed to the Board to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Jamal's resignation.
The directors thank Mr. Jamal for his assistance to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
